Banning (MUST READ)

So if you do something wrong you will get one strike, if you get three strikes you get a one month IP ban, if you change your IP address that will result in a permanent IP ban (perma-ban) and if you still change you IP it will result in a permanent E-mail ban. So does that sound fair Hug Drooling Waving Fire
